| Brief Bio: |
| Maria Gigante earned her Master of Fine Arts in Film from Columbia College Chicago. Her award-winning films and screenplays have exhibited at more than 60 festivals internationally, including the Berlinale, Tribeca, Chicago International and Montreal World. For more than a decade, Gigante has taught film at the college level while writing, directing and producing narrative and documentary shorts, music videos and digital content. Her recent short film, M I L K, premiered at the 2023 Cleveland International Film Festival. |
