Brief Bio:
Dr. Mobydeen completed her PhD in Political Science from Kent State University. Dr. Mobydeen's research and teaching interests include public law, judicial politics, comparative law, comparative migration policy, international law and organizations, economic development and human rights. Her dissertation research focuses on comparative immigration and refugee policy including examination of the impact of multiculturalism on inclusion in state refugee and immigration policy. Before obtaining her doctorate, Dr. Mobydeen earned her J.D. from Cleveland State University's College of Law and practiced in the area of civil and administrative law.
