| Brief Bio: |
| Dr. Jessica A. Peck is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management in the Monte Ahuja College of Business at Cleveland State University. She primarily teaches Management Strategy & Policy, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Behavior. Jessica's research is focused in the areas of bias, leadership, and strategy applied in a variety of organizational contexts such as healthcare. Her research has appeared in journals such as The Leadership Quarterly, Management Decision, and Gender, Work and Organization. Jessica worked in finance and accounting at Owens Corning prior to entering academia. |
