Brief Bio:
Dr. Beth Nagy has over 25 years of experience in the public, nonprofit, private, academic, and philanthropic sectors. Dr. Nagy's background includes urban planning (land use planning), community development (CDCs), and public administration in historic urban cores. Within that context, you can find her teaching and learning on the topics of community-level quality-of-life, smart cities, mapping & analysis, comprehensive, strategic, and facilities planning (municipal and special districts of school districts and campus districts), philanthropy and corporate citizenship, social and spatial justice, equity planning, community leadership, community engagement, curriculum development, and community-engaged learning.
