Study the reactivity of enzymes  (nitric oxide synthase and hydrogenase) using quantum mechanical molecular mechanics method
Modeling of high density lipoprotein particles using calculations of deuterium exchange and neutron scattering (collaboration with Stan Hazen from CCF)
