| Brief Bio: | ||
| Professor Rickett joined the Department of Accounting in August of 2010. She received her Ph.D. in Information Systems (minor in Accounting) from Kent State University. Professor Rickett primarily teaches Accounting Information Systems but also teaches Financial and Managerial Accounting, and IT Audit during more than 25 years of teaching in higher education. Dr. Rickett's research interests include Auditing & Regulation, Investor Behavior and Capital Markets, Data Security and the Value Relevance of IT. She began her career as a CPA in the Audit department of Deloitte & Touche in downtown Cleveland and has also worked at a local CPA firm as well as managed her own private practice. | ||
