Brief Bio:
Dr. Jen-Yi (Jay) Chen is Associate Professor of Operations & Supply Chain Management at the Monte Ahuja College of Business at Cleveland State University. His recent research lies at the interface of marketing and operations management with a focus on sustainability issues. At CSU, he teaches spreadsheet modeling and business analytics, and advises regional medical centers and manufacturing companies. He earned his M.S.E. in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, and his Ph.D. in Operations Management from Purdue University.
