Brief Bio:
Adam Sonstegard came to Cleveland State in 2005.  He teaches American Literature, adolescence in American Lit, memoir and autobiography, critical methods and introductions to graduate study.  He has published on Henry James, Mark Twain, Charles Chesnutt, Sarah Jewett, George- Washington Cable, Hamlin Garland, Puck the humor magazine, original literary illustrations, and spaces where literary culture meets visual culture.  He lives five minutes from campus, in Cleveland's vibrant, reinvigorating downtown.
